Go The Distance 2012 : The Ride

San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA
June 24 - July 3, 2012

Team Will is hosting our fourth signature 10 day bicycle relay across the United States to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research & family resources. This year we will start in San Francisco, CA, cross 13 states, visit 18 hospitals and participate in 7 community rallies, while ending in Boston, MA. Our fundraising goal for this year is $125,000 and our benefactors include The Foundation for Children with Cancer and The Ronald McDonald House. And you can sponsor our ride here.

Quick Facts:

  •The ride covers over 3,500 miles, and goes through 8 state capitols and 13 major cities.
  •We will have at least 1 rider on the road at all times during the 10 days.
  •The team will be composed of 16 cyclists and 8 crew members.
  •Funds raised in this event will provide financial support to over 300 families.
  •Through our “Cards for Kids” Program, we hope to deliver 20,000 cards to children with cancer across the country.
